CYF Blast & Family Tip Of The Week December 22, 2022

December 22, 2022

Dear Peace Families,

Christmas blessings, from all of us at Peace to you.

First, I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who helped make this past Sunday’s Christmas Program possible. It was such a joyous morning, and the Sunday School children did an amazing job singing, acting, and sharing the Christmas story and the love of God. As I mentioned on Sunday and wrote in the bulletin, it took a great team to bring everything together, and I want to acknowledge them all again here:

Marcia Craig, Kiya Losinski, Robin Kennedy, Katie Loeffler, Jason Rich, Aaron Stender, Kara Stender, Jackie Waller, Bianca Gehant, Sofia Oman, Avery Rich, Teo Sivanich, Elena Stockinger, Evie Stockinger, Tricia Davis, Kim Gehant, Mary Kautto, Jeremy Macejkovic, Julia Macejkovic, Holly Rich, Emily Sidhom, Daina Sivanich, Lauren Toppin, Angela Tschida, Bonnie Weseli, Gavin Churchill, Kingston Fast, Parker Kennedy, Betty Hanson, Emily Hanson, Katie Loeffler, Ann and Jason Losinski, Lauren Toppin, Bev Viken, Daina Sivanich, Lori Thomson, Pastor Mark Nelson, Bruce Hudson, the Peace Choir, all of the parents, and of course, the children. To God be the glory!

And second, as we celebrate Christmas this weekend—with family, with friends, and together as a church—I pray that your gatherings would be full of love, joy, peace, and hope; that your time with loved ones would bring wholeness and warmth to your heart; that your relationships would grow, despite any time or distance that has separated you; that your travels would be safe and go smoothly; that your bodies would stay healthy, your minds be at peace, and your spirits be filled; and I pray that Jesus would be at the center of it all.

Lastly, I hope you can join us for worship, or that you can worship wherever you are. On Christmas Eve (Saturday), we will have services at 4:00pm and 5:30pm. On Christmas Day (Sunday), we will worship at 9:30am. The 4:00pm Christmas Eve service and the 9:30am Christmas Day service will both be livestreamed and available to view from our website and Youtube channel (if on Youtube, be sure you click on the “Live” tab).

Merry Christmas,

Joe
