Dear Families and Friends of Peace,
Registration for VBS 2024 is officially open!
Together with our friends at Community of the Cross Lutheran Church, “Scuba” VBS takes kids deep into an amazing undersea adventure where they’ll be “Diving Into Friendship With God,” and experience God’s ever-flowing, never-ending love.
Throughout the week, students will learn that:
- God is a Friend Who’s Real,
- God is a Friend Who Loves,
- God is a Friend We Can Trust,
- God is a Friend For Everyone.
Kids will be immersed in God’s Word and will discover what the Living Water of God is all about!
I’m very excited to continue our wonderful partnership with CCLC. To best honor and support both congregations, we will each host VBS every other year moving forward. 2024 will be at CCLC; 2025 will be back at Peace, and so on.
Kids entering Preschool (potty-trained) through 5th grade are invited to participate. Students who will be 6th graders in the fall are welcome to register as either participants or as volunteers.
Adults (of all ages!), high school students, and middle school students—you are invited to help make VBS possible by serving as leaders throughout the week. Please volunteer and join in on the fun!

The fee for VBS is $20 per child, with a $50 cap per family. For all payments, please put “[Student Name] VBS” in the memo line. That said, we want everyone to be able to attend VBS. Please let us know if the price is an issue—we have scholarships available and want your students to attend!
Join us each day at VBS for uplifting music, engaging Bible stories, inventive crafts, delicious snacks, exciting games, and so much more—it’s going to be an amazing week!
