Greetings from Peace Lutheran Church!
It’s been a cool, drizzly few days outside at Peace, but it’s been nice and dry inside! We’ll just have to wait and see what the rest of these fall days have in store for us!
Last Sunday morning we had a great day – our kids blessed the Lutheran World Relief Personal Care Kits during the Children’s Message, we learned about healthy sleep practices during the Adult Education Hour, and the Transition Team held its first Listening Session as part of our search for a new pastor. (There’s still time to sign up for a Listening Session if you haven’t already. Thank you!)
This Sunday morning our worship service will consist of sharing in Holy Communion, listening to a Children’s Message, and hearing a story of faith as a holy struggle. We’ll also get a look at some of the adventures that “Flat Pastor” has been on the past few weeks!
