On Sunday, October 27 at 3:30pm we will host our 5th annual Trunk or Treat! The event combines the fun of trick-or-treating with the familiarity of all of the people in our parking lot.
Instead of going from house to house at night, kids travel from car to car during the day to collect candy (or pencils, stickers, etc.). Each car’s trunk is decorated, and trunk host(s) pass out candy.
This event has been a wonderful hospitality opportunity over the last few years, as we’ve welcomed well over 200 kids (plus their families)—many of whom did not belong to Peace. It is a great community event and it builds visibility for Peace.
In order to provide the best possible experience and hospitality, we need your help. Please consider coming to the event and hosting a trunk, even if (especially if!) you don’t have younger kids. We will have prizes for the best costumes and the best trunks, and we expect this to be one of our biggest outreach events of the year. Sign up here or at the information kiosk to host a trunk!
