Dear Peace Members and Friends,
In silence, we wait.
On this Holy Saturday as Jesus lays in the tomb, we are reminded of the power of darkness that often clouds our days. Even so, we also remember that the darkness we experience is only temporary. There is an old saying that goes like this: “Above the clouds, the sun still shines.” When we can’t see it, hear it, or feel it, we still know that God is at work in our lives, even on our darkest days.
Please join us tomorrow morning for worship at 9:30am or 11:15am when we will celebrate the never-ending, never-failing, ever-present love of God. Or feel free to join us online — you’ll find the service by clicking here.
Either way, when we gather tomorrow to celebrate the new life that God brings, we will hear the Easter story, sing God’s praises with Easter hymns, and share in the life of the resurrected Christ among us. Come join in the celebration!
God’s Peace,
Pastor Jeff Engholm
